Q: What hardware do I need?

A: Since the casino uses Java, it can be run on any computer.

  • The casino is optimized for a resolution of 800x600 or higher.
  • We recommend a soundcard for maximum enjoyment, but it is not required.

Q: What is Flash and how do I install a Flash Player on my computer?

A: Flash is a multimedia authoring program and a popular method for adding animation and interactivity to web sites. The Flash Player is a client application that displays animation developed with Flash technology.The latest web browsers have a Flash Player build-in. If required, you can download the latest Flash Player version for FREE from http://www.adobe.com

Q: I don't have Java. How do I get it?

A: Download and install the free Java plugin from SUN.

 


Q: Does the casino work with AOL?

A: Yes, the casino works with AOL 4.0 or higher,


Q: What happens if a game is disrupted before it is finished, for example if my Internet connection is broken?

A: Your game will continue the next time you log and play this game. The game will continue from exactly the point where you last left off. If the game was finished, but you never saw the result, you can request the result from support.

 


Q: I already loaded the game, but now it tries to load it again.

A: From time to time we will make improvements to the casino games to make them more user friendly, faster, etc. These changes are automatically loaded if you answer "Yes" to the dialog.

 


Q: The game "freezes" or displays an error message. The casino looks strange or I get an error while navigating through the casino. What to do?

A: There could be a number of reasons for this. For example:

  • Your Internet connection was disrupted. - Try to go to the casino lobby, and then back to the game again.
  • You have outdated or erroneous files in your browser cache. Empty the cache.
  • Your were timed out from the casino. - You will have to login again.
  • A problem in your browser. Close down all browser windows and start it up again. Internet Explorer's Java has a memory leak that causes it to slow down and in some cases even stop working after extended play. The best way to deal with this is to install SUN's Java.
  • A problem in your computer. Reboot the computer. This should only be necessary if there is a serious problem with you computer.

 


Q: Do you offer a downloadable version of the casino?

A: Yes, the casino uses cookies to keep track of user sessions.

 


Q: How do I empty my browser's cache?

A: Each browser has its own way of controlling its cache, and some have different names for it. For instance the Internet Explorer calls it the "Temporary Internet Files folder".
