For your security we require 12 hours, from the time of the last deposit into
your account, to start processing your withdrawal request.
Processing Time
For FirePay transfers we ask that you allow up to 7 days, from the time of
your last deposit, for your funds to appear at FirePay. This is to ensure
that your initial deposit cleared through FirePay. If no deposit was made
during the previous 7 days prior to your payout request, then processing
will take 24-48 hours excluding Saturday and Sunday.

to withdraw by Bank Draft.

After confirming your payout, your Bank Draft transfer will be
sent to the address you registered with PlayVegasFromHome.com. Please
verify this information. To make any changes, visit Options/Change
Personal Information, within the game window.
Information
PlayVegasFromHome.com restricts bank drafts to one per customer per 7-day period.
For security reasons, we require customers wait 12 hours from the time of your
last deposit to request a withdrawal. The reason for this delay is to allow
your deposit to clear the processor.
Bank drafts in excess of $2,000 will be couriered directly to your home with
charges billed to the recipient. In order to warrant processing and mailing
costs, the minimum withdrawal request is $50 per bank draft.
Bank Drafts require between 3 – 6 weeks to reach its destination.

Reverse Withdrawal
If you have made a withdrawal request recently and wish to cancel that request and obtain Poker Chips, reversing your withdrawal is recommended. As long as your withdrawal request
has not been approved or sent, you may reverse your withdrawal. A reversal
will return the chips to your PlayVegasFromHome.com account instantly and there
is no fee for reversals.
From the "Cashier" option, within the software, select "View
Payout Status". If you have requested a payout and it has not
yet been processed, you will see a "Payouts Summary". By
simply clicking on the " Cancel Button" you may reverse
any pending payout requests.
